近年来我国相继发生“三聚氰胺奶粉(melamine-tainted milk)”、“瘦肉精(lean meat powder)”、“染色馒头(dyed steamed buns)”等恶性食品安全事件。请你就此用英语写一篇短文。
In recent years, a series of food safety incidents, such as melamine-tainted milk, lean meat powder, the dyed steamed buns, have appeared across our country.
Several reasons contribute to this phenomenon. Firstly, a few food manufacturers are too concerned about making quick money and immediate success. Secondly, the food safety standards and production inspections are imperfect. Last but not least, some people hardly realize the importance of the food safety.
For the sake of health, we must take food safety seriously. On the one hand, the manufacturers shall pay more attention to food safety; On the other hand, the supervisory authorities shall take strict measures to ensure food safety and punish the ill producers severely. Meanwhile, consumers had better go to regular markets to choose green food. Only in this way can we set up a sound food safety system.

假设你是李华，你的网友Tommy最近为自己发胖感到苦恼。请你根据所给提示，给他发一封电子邮件。邮件内容包括：
1.可能使他发胖的因素;2.简述你推荐的健康生活方式。
Dear Tommy,
I am really feeling bad that you are being troubled by overweight these days. The problem you are facing is common among our teenagers.
I have just read an article about overweight kids. It is said that overweight kids don’t exercise enough or eat unhealthy foods which contain too much sugar or fat. No matter what causes your problem, I suggest you go on a balanced diet or just eat less for half a year and see the result. Also, don’t forget to take more exercise. You know, every afternoon after class I play basketball together with my classmates, and it does work for me.
I do hope my ideas will work.
Yours,
Li Hua

范文：
I am Li Ming of Senior Three, Guangming Middle School. I am writing to tell you about some symptoms of anxiety among us students before exams.
Most of us feel nervous whenever we're taking an important exam. Some will feel dizzy or tired, some will suffer from lack of sleep, and some will lose their appetite. In fact, all these symptoms have terrible effects on our exams and we are all eager to get rid of them.
First of all, in my opinion, it's important for us to have a fight attitude towards exams. They are only a means of checking how we are getting along with our studies, so there is no need to worry too much about the results. Study hard every day and make careful plans for every exam. In this way we can avoid suffering from the pressure of exams.
Besides, enough sleep can make us energetic and enable us to perform well in an exam. Therefore, during the period of exams, we should not stay up too late. We can also try a warm bath or a cup of warm milk before going to bed. They might help us to have a sound sleep.
