Haze shrouded the crisis, also bears turn.
Beautiful China, awaited. He proposed the building of the party's 18 beautiful Chinese, ecological construction, environmental protection established new goals. If haze enveloped the land of China, how to see her beauty? "When the" Beautiful China "when the high-frequency words quickly became, so users had asked:" haze shrouded the crisis, also bears turn! "The party of eighteen lot of construction and economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction of ecological civilization side by side, as the general task of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. A haze covering one million square kilometers, more so that the construction of ecological civilization The importance of urgency than ever to the fore.
Adhere to environmental protection for the people, to deal with deep-seated drive haze pollution prevention.
Faced with a wide range of fog and haze, multisectoral emergency action, first the impact of the disaster weather on the public to a minimum. January 28, the first time the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a warning specifically for haze; MEP timely release of the air quality in some cities, called on all localities to do the monitoring and early warning.
For China's vision of the beautiful people, the haze is a blow, it is a wake-up call, the public needs transparent data, but also need a clarity of sky. Establish long-term mechanism to make every effort to reduce emissions of pollutants, we need more effort. February 6, the State Council executive meeting to determine the implementation of the "four countries" diesel, "national five" gasoline and diesel standards timetable, to solve the long-term is difficult to break the car saw the light oil unworthy problem. Moreover, the country is positive action to regain the blue sky as a breakthrough, pushing ahead with large-scale, deep-level pollution control.
Promote green transformation, change lives and production delay.
Wherever the New Year, the Chinese New Year firecrackers people generally feel less. Folk "ban whip" campaign, which reflects the environmental awareness of the whole society are complaining about pollution from conscious to practice low-carbon, environmentally friendly lifestyle. I start from now, start from little things, these awareness and action is most needed to build a beautiful China.
Build a beautiful China, there is a greater stumbling block. In addition to environmental pollution, resource constraints tight, ecosystem degradation of the situation is very grim. In 20xx, China's GDP accounted for 10.48% of the world, but consumes 60 percent of the world's cement, 49% of steel and 20.3% of energy. Accelerate the transformation of economic development, optimize the industrial layout, and vigorously promote green development, cycle development, low-carbon development, we must seize the day.
Achieve sustainable development, in the development of the conservation, development in the protection.
Beautiful China like? Beautiful but not poverty and backwardness, well-off but substantial environmental degradation too.
China is the world's largest developing country, promote economic and social development has always been a top priority. We traveled with several decades of development road of industrialization developed one or two hundred years, also accumulated environmental problems people encounter one or two hundred years, to solve these problems is not to stop development, but to solve problems in the development through restructuring. Build a beautiful China, we must insist on the protection in development, development in the protection, both the development and protection.
Construction of both China prosperous and beautiful, not only to increase GDP, but also improve the quality of people's lives, which have clean air, clean water, forests, vast grasslands. Although achieving this goal is still a long way to go, but as long as we move along practical eighteen large specified direction, we will be able to disperse the haze early, ushered beautiful Chinese ecological civilization.
