篇一：
本合同在_________于_________年_________月_________日签订。合同双方为：_________(以下称为出租人)和____先生/夫人/小姐(以下称为承租人)。

2、在以上第1条款中所规定的租期，从出租人完成第3条款所有规定并在7天内通知承租方后开始生效。

4、在本合同签订之日，出租人已收到合计_________元的房租保证金。如果承租人某月逾期未交租金，承租人同意出租人立即从保证金中扣除应收款项作为租金。

一、出租人将________________车租给承租人使用，车号分别是：

三、租金每车每月为元，从合同生效日起计，每月结算一次，按月租用，不足一个月按一个月收费。所用燃料由承租人负责。
四、承租人租用的汽车只用于__________。承租人只有调度权，行车安全、技术操作由出租人司机负责。
五、承租人要负责对所租车辆进行维护保养，在退租时车辆如有损坏，应负责修复原状或赔偿，修复期照收租金。因出租人所派司机驾驶不当造成损坏的由出租人自负，如果致使承租人不能按合同规定正常使用租赁车辆，承租人不负担不能使用期间的租金，出租人应承担每日租金等额的违约金。
六、违约责任。出租人不得擅自将车调回，否则将按未运输期限租金额赔偿承租人。承租人必须按合同规定的时间和租金付款，否则，每逾期一天，加罚一天的租金。
七、其他未尽事项，由双方协商，协商不成，按照合同法规定办理。
